Our Chardonnay was fermented in neutral French oak and finished for two months in new French oak. This wine has a caramel and pecan aroma, with orange blossoms, limestone, fresh Fuji apple, and hazelnuts on the palate. Perfectly balanced with acidity and creamy texture.
