A lighter red, our estate-grown Cabernet Franc has a bouquet of freshly cracked black pepper. Smooth on the palate, with notes of red fruit, tart cranberry, and a lively touch of acidity. Filets, roasted lamb, and a heavy bodied cigar pair well with this mellow wine.
